Sabrina joined Clyde & Co in 2016 and is experienced in many types of dispute resolution including complex international arbitration, High Court litigation and mediation. Sabrina practises in the energy (oil, gas and renewables) and construction sectors and also advises on related matters including health, safety and regulatory issues.

Sabrina works for a number of international clients based across the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East. The matters she works on are often high-value, multijurisdictional disputes dealing with complex legal issues.

Experience
  • Acting for a US offshore drilling contractor in a USD 500m LMAA arbitration against an Asia-based shipbuilder regarding the construction of four semi-submersible CAT-D rigs.
  • Advising an offshore contractor in respect of disputes arising from the construction of an offshore wind farm project in the North Sea. 
  • Acting for an engineering subcontractor in an ICC arbitration against a Spanish-based contractor regarding a dispute in relation to the construction of a biomass power plant.
  • Advising in respect of various health, safety and environmental incidents and assisting with regulatory investigations. 
  • Advising clients on a range of contractual issues and disputes with counterparties.
