Prodromos (Akis) Sikiaridis is a Dikigoros (Attorney at Law) of the Supreme Court of Greece and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales.
Akis obtained a B.Sc. in Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He also obtained an LL.B. (Hons) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Skills from The City Law School of City, University of London.
He joined Clyde & Co in 2001 following his call to the Bar of England & Wales. He then qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and as a Dikigoros of the Athens Bar Association.
He is a Consultant of Clyde & Co and has his own independent Greek Law practice in Athens, Greece since 2009.
Akis advises and litigates in the contentious and non-contentious aspects of inter alia Civil and Commercial Law, Insurance/Re-Insurance, Shipping, Companies, Transport, Domestic and International Trade.
He also advises and litigates on general commercial disputes and international transactional work. He has dealt with a wide range of cases frequently of a complex, cross-border or multi-party nature. Akis has also considerable experience in international litigation, arbitration and mediation.
