Nicholas (Nick) Shodrok represents insurers and their policyholders in litigated and non-litigated matters arising out of a variety of insurance policies, including commercial general liability and excess liability policies. Nick’s representation of policyholders has included defending companies in personal injury litigation involving allegations of negligence, premises liability, and products liability. Nick also serves as local counsel in other litigated matters throughout Texas.
Additionally, Nick volunteers with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program to provide pro bono legal representation and advice to low-income clients.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Nick represented plaintiffs in commercial litigation disputes across the country, including False Claims Act whistleblower litigation, insurance bad faith litigation, corporate fraud litigation, and arbitration.
Having worked on both sides of the docket, Nick has the broad range of experience needed to zealously represent the firm’s clients in all types of disputes.
