Louise is a French qualified lawyer specialising in international arbitration and arbitration-related litigation. She has experience in both commercial and investment arbitration under the rules of major institutions (e.g. ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, DIS, DIFC-LCIA), with expertise across industries such as energy and natural resources, mining, and construction.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Louise acquired experience in several leading law firms in Paris, New York and Hamburg, as well as at the ICC. She also gained experience at the International Commercial Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal, where she worked on a number of setting-aside proceedings.
Louise was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024. She studied in both France and Germany and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cologne, a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Master’s degree in Arbitration and International Economic Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She also teaches Contract Law as a teaching assistant at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Louise holds both French and German citizenship. She is fluent in French, German and English.
