Experience

• Acting on the acquisition, management and disposal of multi let investment buildings in central London including the disposal of The Royal Exchange.
• Acting for commercial lenders on secured loan facilities to developers of residential and mixed use developments, as well as commercial properties in the UK.
• Acting for private banks providing secured loans between GBP 3.5 million to GBP 36 million on residential properties to high net worth individuals (both resident and non-resident) involving offshore corporate/trust structures.
• Advising an American university in relation to 20-year leases of two turnkey buildings for student accommodation in central London.
• Acting for a global manufacturer in the management of its UK property assets
• Acting for an overseas investor in the acquisition, financing and asset management of a large portfolio of industrial estates and retail parks.
• Acting for Regal London in the acquisition and finance of their residential development at One St John’s Wood, London.
• Acting for an affordable housing provider on acquisitions including from developers under s.106 obligations.
• Advising a joint venture vehicle in the development of Horizon 29, Bolsover which includes two recent disposals of a mixed-use logistic scheme and over 100,000 sqft of logistic space.
• Acting for a specialist lender and investor in renewable energy projects around the UK in particular in the acquisition, development and financing of Anaerobic Digestion Plants
