Advised a Chilean private investment fund manager, in the acquisition of a 34% interest worth US$ 741.552 in a holding of companies in the plastics recycling industry, and in the purchase of 100% of the shares of a newly created company that runs a chain of more than 16 premium liquor stores, in a deal worth US$ 5.2 million.
Assisted a Chilean shared-office space company in an agreement executed with a Chilean private equity firm and later in the investment of US$4 million by a Chilean private investment fund manager.
