David Sienko is a member of the Specialty and Investigations team in New York, where he represents insurers as coverage and litigation counsel on matters involving fine art, specie, and high-value cargo, among other specialty risks.

David completed judicial internships with the Honorable Martin Glenn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Honorable Timmie E. Elsner of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Housing Part. While pursuing his legal education, David also served as a research assistant to Professor of Law Emeritus Norman Poser and Professor Arthur R. Pinto.

David’s pro bono activity includes working with the New York City Family Court Volunteer Attorney Program. He is a member of the Historical Society of the New York Courts.
