A strong advocate in the areas of commercial, civil and insurance disputes, Darci was called to the Alberta bar in 2019. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Centre, and is admitted to the bars of both New York and Washington, D.C.
Darci provides zealous representation and creative solutions to her clients and has experience in a variety of commercial and insurance matters, including personal injury, construction disputes, debt enforcement, professional negligence, subrogation, directors and officers’ liability, and aviation. She also has extensive experience in both mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Darci worked for two regional firms with a focus on insurance defence. Today, she is actively involved in the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), including her role on the Legislative Review Committee and as a Mentor in the CBA Alberta Law Student Mentor Program.
Outside of the office, Darci enjoys spending time with her family, playing baseball and golf, and creating delicacies in the kitchen.
