Dante is an associate in labour team, with 2 years of experience in labour law, in our Santiago de Chile office since 2022.
He graduated from Universidad de los Andes (Santiago) Law School with maximum distinction and obtained the highest grade at the Bar Exam.
Prior to his work at Clyde & Co Chile, Dante worked in the labour team at Puga Ortiz Abogados (law firm) Chile, focusing practice in the field of Labour Law, advising companies on labour and private matters, mainly regarding the hiring and firing of workers, Processing of labour disputes on unfair dismissal, nullity of dismissal, protection of rights, economic unity, among others.
Dante has postgraduate studies at the University of Los Andes, in the Corporate Regulation, where he deepened theoretical and practical aspects related to corporate, labour and compliance regulation in Chile.
