Based in the Montréal office, Catherine Santerre is an associate practising in the fields of civil liability, product liability and recall, personal injury, construction, real estate and transport.

Catherine studied law at the University of Québec in Montréal, where she sat on the student association’s board. After being admitted to the Québec Bar in 2019, she worked for two years in real estate law, more specifically in co-ownership law. Catherine then worked for four years in civil litigation within the insurance industry.

Previously, she held the administrator role at the Young Bar of Montréal’s Board of directors. In this function, Catherine namely spearheaded the organization of the annual congress, as well as various lunch and learns. She is currently President of Équipe Cycliste Féminine (ECF), a competitive road bike team, whose mission is also to promote the place of women in the sports industry. Catherine herself participates in several road bike races organized by the Fédération québécoise des sports cyclistes, because she firmly believes in the saying, “healthy body, healthy mind.”

Catherine is a passionate and curious lawyer, who always remains attentive to her clients’ needs.
