Carolina brings a wealth of experience to our team, having worked in both university academic management and the professional practice of law. Her diverse background equips her with unique insights and skills that contribute to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

Carolina has specialized in various aspects of property law, including property protection actions and obligation law, as well as contract law. She has focused her academic publications and professional advice on these topics. Additionally, Carolina has extensive experience in civil litigation, representing clients before both ordinary courts and arbitration panels.

Carolina has actively participated in negotiating construction contracts, drafting construction claims, and handling contractual disputes related to infrastructure and energy projects.

Carolina brings extensive experience in university teaching and management, having held various academic leadership positions, including the role of Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Universidad Andrés Bello. Presently, she directs the Master of Real Estate and Registry Law program at the Law School of the Universidad Central de Chile. Additionally, Carolina serves as a professor of private law at both the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad del Desarrollo.

Qualifications

Carolina has an LLM from the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is PhD from the same University.
