Anna advises insurers on notifications, claims and coverage disputes across all types of financial lines and D&O insurance.
Anna works regularly with insured banks, asset managers, private equity and other financial services firms. On the commercial D&O side, she advises on claims presented by directors from a variety of sectors, ranging from pharmaceuticals and energy to property, technology and consumer goods.
Anna has experience of insurance coverage arbitrations as well as seeing High Court litigation through to trial. She advises regularly on coverage matters involving civil and criminal proceedings and investigations in other jurisdictions.
Anna has worked in the London insurance market since 2010, which has included over 18 months in-house between three insurers and a large broker.

Advising D&O insurers on complex year of account issues arising in relation to civil and criminal claims, DOJ investigations and securities class actions against insureds in the pharmaceutical sector.
Advising D&O insurers of a multinational oil and gas company in relation to criminal proceedings alleging bribery and corruption on the part of multiple D&Os in various jurisdictions.
Advising Civil Liability insurers on claims relating to proposed customer redress schemes.
Advising insurers of private equity firms in relation to disputes concerning the investment in, and management of, portfolio companies.
Advising insurers of wealth management firms in relation to regulatory investigations and civil claims notified to Civil Liability and D&O sections.
Advising Civil Liability insurers with an exposure to SIPP administration and transfer services undertaken by insureds often on an execution only basis.
Advising Crime insurers on coverage of complex claims concerning historic thefts and cover ups.
