Sofía is an Associate in the construction, property, and personal liability team in our Madrid office since September 2022.

She has experience in personal injury claims in both national and international proceedings. Her practice focuses on catastrophic and large loss international liability claims, as well as on national insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution and policy coverage advice.

She has participated in the resolution of international claims and worked with different Clyde & Co offices. At a national level, she has experience in contentious claims focusing on construction, property, and fire liability.

• International liability claims – Come to a successful agreement with the injured party.
• Litigation in Spanish courts in defence of insurers in respect of insurance claims.
• Drafting of lawsuits, appeals and pleadings on insurance and reinsurance matters.
