Full Profile
Sarah Rogers Sepe analyzes complex, high-exposure coverage matters in connection with professional liability claims, including directors' and officers' liability (D&O) and employment practices liability (EPL) insurance matters. She counsels international and domestic insurers on matters involving public company, private company, and not-for-profit D&O liability policies throughout North America and Europe. In the wake of COVID-19, Sarah's practice has expanded to include advice and representation of London market and domestic insurers on key coverage issues related to 1st and 3rd party notifications stemming from the pandemic.
Prior to law school, Sarah worked as an underwriter at a large international insurance company, where she focused on D&O, EPL, and fiduciary liability insurance coverage for private and nonprofit companies. Her work as an insurance underwriter has enriched her knowledge as an insurance attorney, providing an insider knowledge and perspective that benefits her clients.
During law school, Sarah interned with the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell, judge for the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia, where she worked on both civil and criminal cases. She also worked at the Employment Law Clinic in Brooklyn, New York, representing low-income workers in unemployment insurance hearings.
