- Acted successfully for 8 Defendants in a jurisdiction challenge to a US$ 45 million claim by a bank
- Acted in the largest ever Iranian sanctions litigation matter before the UK Supreme Court where the client succeeded
- Represented a Dubai based client before the High Court, Court of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court
- Represented a Dubai based individual client and company in successful defending a jurisdiction challenge application
- Acted for Defendant to an ICC Arbitration claim for USD 80 million arising out of petroleum concession in Pakistan in a jurisdiction challenge application filed before the English Commercial Court and subsequently the Court of Appeal
