Morgan is a Partner in our Projects & Construction team. He joined our Cape Town office in January 2021. He qualified as an attorney in 2013 and has experience both in the courts of Johannesburg and Cape Town.

He has acted for a wide range of clients across various industries, including piling and lateral support contractors, earthworks contractors, logistics companies, lessors of plant and heavy machinery, universities, accounting firms, insurers, reinsurers, loss adjusters, underwriting managers, franchisors, hotel chains, professional associations and provident funds.

Morgan is part of a global team that handles construction and engineering disputes in various jurisdictions, including Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Australia.
