His expertise in regulatory matters includes advising on obtaining and maintaining state aid, ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations, guidance on project development, including interconnection to the grid, addressing issues and agreements with other market participants, and handling disputes with energy regulators and other entities before domestic courts. Additionally, he has actively participated in the due diligence process for numerous transactions (sale, acquisition, financing), with a particular emphasis on interconnection and regulatory issues.
