Filip Raubo is an attorney-at-law, a counsel in Clyde & Co Warsaw office and a member of the Energy  and Natural Resources team. He specialises in M&A and corporate advisory, assisting clients since 2010. He has assisted clients in successful transactions in a variety of industries, providing support throughout the entire M&A process, including coordinating due diligence audits, producing and executing transaction documents and providing post-transaction support.

Throughout his professional career Filip has provided transactional and daily legal support to clients in industries such as medical services, heavy manufacturing, agriculture and renewable energy. Since 2020 Filip’s principal focus has been on matters related to energy, particularly in the renewables sector.

• Renewable Energy M&A – assisting a client with the acquisition of a portfolio of over 60 renewable energy projects in Poland.
• Renewable Energy M&A – assisting a client in the execution of a joint venture pertaining to the development of a portfolio of industry-scale PV and wind projects in Poland.
