Carla Roselló specializes in handling complex civil litigation cases, including construction litigation, products liability, general liability, and catastrophic personal injury cases. She represents clients against general tort claims involving premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, constructions defects and negligent security claims. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Carla served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit, where she conducted numerous jury trials as the lead counsel. Carla managed a substantial caseload and actively participated in all aspects of the litigation process, ranging from pre-litigation motions, hearings, discovery, and trial proceedings.
Carla is a licensed attorney in both Spain and Florida. She was born in Barcelona, Spain. Driven by her passion for jury trials, she made the decision to pursue her legal studies in the United States. Throughout her time in law school, Carla devoted her efforts to honing her litigation skills. She notably participated in the renowned Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court competition and was a member of both the Moot Court and NSU Trial Association honor societies. Additionally, she served as an associate for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law. Carla graduated with an international concentration and received the Pro Bono Honor Award in recognition of her exceptional commitment to pro bono work.
