Benjamin Rouder practices in the areas of corporate, commercial insurance and dispute resolution. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation and counselling.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Benjamin represented and advised insurance carriers on multiple coverage issues. These included claims handling and preparation of declaratory judgement actions, as well as obligations to defend and indemnify. Additionally, he litigated matters arising from claims of professional malpractice and employment discrimination. Benjamin has been published on the subject of Corporate Governance.
Benjamin previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Yolanda Ciccone, A.J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County. During his clerkship, he frequently worked on insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
