Full Profile
Vijay Prakash counsels domestic and international insurers and reinsurers on a range of complex commercial disputes involving reinsurance, trade credit, and political risk coverage.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co’s New York office, Vijay worked as an Associate in the firm’s Sydney office, where he also worked on litigation matters. During his time at Penn Carey Law, Vijay spent time working closely with Prof. Tom Baker (Reporter for the ALI’s Restatement of the Law, Liability Insurance) as a research assistant.
