Rose provides strategic tax advice on a wide range of domestic and international transactions and arrangements, with particular expertise in M&A tax, real estate tax, and employment tax matters.
She advises clients across various sectors, including family groups, large corporates, investment funds, and foreign investors.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Rose worked in tax in Australia.
Experience
- Advising Ecclesia Group on the tax aspects of its strategic partnership with Specialist Risk Group.
- Providing ongoing tax planning and structuring advice to offshore investment funds in relation to proposed investments.
- Advising on the tax aspects of a £16 million acquisition of a diamond mine operator.
- Advising UK companies on tax issues relating to real estate, including SDLT, the Construction Industry Scheme, and the VAT reverse charge.
