Jeremy Pollack focuses his practice on litigating New York State Labor Law and general liability matters. He has extensive experience representing and advising contractors, construction managers, property owners, and municipalities in complex construction accident cases and is well-versed in the New York State Labor Law, New York State Industrial Code, and OSHA.
Jeremy has also routinely represented property owners, property managers, businesses, and individuals in premises liability and transportation related matters. In addition, Jeremy has experience litigating matters on behalf of architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
