Galatée is an experienced litigator in the Paris office focusing on maritime, carriage and commercial matters as well as professional and personal liability claims.
She provides legal advice and represents clients before French state courts as well as through Alternative Dispute Resolution (arbitration, mediation).
Galatée’s in-depth knowledge of maritime law and marine risks, including shipping, shipbuilding, and yachting has led her to assist and advise domestic and international clients.
Admitted to the Bar in 2018, Galatée holds a Master’s degree in International law from University Paris I Panthéon- Sorbonne and an advanced graduate diploma in the Law and Safety of Maritime and Oceanic Activities from University of Nantes.
She joined Clyde & Co in 2023 after 5 years of acquiring experience in a well-known Paris boutique law firm with specific expertise in maritime, carriage and commercial law.
Galatée advises clients in French, English and is able to communicate in German.
