Felicia specialises in the protection, enforcement and exploitation of intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on trade marks, copyright and designs. She advises on all aspects of brand management and brand protection strategies, including clearance, monitoring and IP portfolio management. Felicia’s experience spans a broad range of sectors including aviation, hospitality, entertainment, finance, retail, beauty and technology.
Felicia is a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) and has written several articles for CITMA and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
Felicia is dual-qualified as both a Solicitor in England & Wales and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney. She completed the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice course at Nottingham Trent University in 2021 and holds a Law (LLB) degree from the University of Reading.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co in July 2024, Felicia worked in private practice at a City firm in London and in-house at Diageo PLC.

- Advising on an IP licensing strategy in Saudia Arabia for a global hospitality company.
- Advising on new brand development for a UAE based real estate development company.
- Advising international entertainment company on the rebranding of their video-on-demand service offering in Europe*.
- Preparing IP assignment documentation and co-existence agreements for the sale of sub brands of an international gaming and affiliate marketing company*.
- Assisting international gaming company with the enforcement of its EU trade mark rights against technology company, including successfully negotiating terms for amicable co-existence.*
- Filing international trade mark registration designating 10+ territories for clothing brand.*
- Reviewing and approving marketing material for international beverage company to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and to prevent inadvertent use of IP rights owned by third parties.*
- Filing UK and EU trade mark opposition proceedings to successfully enforce the IP rights of an international entertainment company against third parties.*
- Managing the trade mark portfolio of an international beverage company spanning 150+ countries.*
