Fabrice has been practicing aviation Law for more than 20 years. He represents airlines and/or their insurers in disputes brought before civil, commercial, administrative and criminal French Courts.
Fabrice obtained a Doctorate in aviation and criminal Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence - Marseille III on the theme of airline criminal liability in the case of an air disaster. He was admitted to the Paris Bar (CAPA) in 2002. He also has a Master's Degree in aviation Law and a Master's Degree in economics and management of air transport. He teaches aviation Law at University of Marseille/Aix-en-Provence.
Fabrice is actively involved in many litigations arising from major aircraft accidents and has gained a strong reputation from his long time extended practice of defending all types of claims relating to passenger, cargo, sports and leisure aviation.
His expertise in aviation law is recognised by Who's Who Legal and Chambers and Partners. Fabrice is one of the Thought Leaders in aviation law in France according to WWL Thought Leaders: France 2024.
In 2022, he was awarded “Lawyer of the Year” for Aviation Law in France by Les Echos in cooperation with Best Lawyers®.
