A member of the Québec Bar since 2020, Anne-Sophie Odeau’s practice is focused on civil litigation, construction law and real estate law. Moreover, she is interested in matters related to information technology and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Anne-Sophie accumulated several years of experience in construction litigation, representing a diverse clientele of contractors, project owners and professionals before judicial courts.
In addition to graduating with honours from the University of Québec in Montréal with a law degree, she holds an engineering degree and an MBA. Before focusing on the legal field, she worked for a number of years as a project manager and business analyst, implementing new technologies for a European clientele.
With her multifaceted experience and unique background, Anne-Sophie knows how to defend her clients’ legal interests with determination, conviction and professionalism. She is an invaluable ally in finding pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues, renowned for her meticulous approach and detailed case analysis.
