Juan Diego Niño-Vargas is an associate in the Paris office's Litigation and International Arbitration team.
His practice focuses on investment and commercial arbitration (including ICC, ICSID, PCA and ad-hoc arbitration proceedings), setting aside and enforcement proceedings, as well as cross-border litigation. His expertise includes advising States, State entities and international companies in disputes across a wide range of industries before arbitral tribunals and state courts.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Juan Diego acquired experience in international arbitration and complex commercial litigation while working for several French and Anglo-Saxon law firms in Paris.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, he holds a Master’s degrees in International Law and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, as well as a Postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Institute of Business Law of Paris.
Juan Diego is a Colombian national. He handles cases in French, English, and Spanish.
