Enrique has experience in the defence of airlines on aircraft accidents and aeronautical inspections, in the defence before the Spanish Courts of insurance companies, reinsurers and domestic and international insured's. He also drafts wordings of insurance policies and has adapted international wordings to Spanish Law. He advises on international contracts and international private law matters. Enrique regularly advises Lloyd's Underwriters and other insurance markets, Spanish insurance companies and insurance companies from other nationalities, insurance brokers and adjusters companies.
He is a professor of International Private Law at the University Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid and his education includes a PhD in law. Enrique has written numerous publications (books and articles) on Insurance Law and International Trade Law. He regularly lecturers on national and international forums.
