Thomas is an Associate based in the Sydney Corporate Insurance team. Thomas has been with Clyde & Co for two years starting as a summer clerk in 2020 and as a law graduate in 2021.
Thomas’ core areas of expertise include corporate insurance law with a background in construction law. Thomas’ primary focus is corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions, reinsurance arrangements and advising clients on financial services regulation obligations and compliance.
Thomas has a history in governance roles as the 2018-2019 President of the ActivateUTS board of directors and has served as a board director on the UTS Haberfield Club Limited board of directors in 2018 to 2019.
