Summayah is a qualified attorney in the State of New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Leeds, UK in 2019.

  • Advising a global leader in technical professional services and engineering solutions on a major organisational restructure, including the establishment of multiple entities in Saudi Arabia to engage in military and energy projects in the Kingdom.
  • Advising a major US logistics and supply chain corporation, a global leader in intralogistics and supply chain automation, on its incorporation in Saudi Arabia and providing regulatory and corporate governance advice.
