Shyam is Chief Operating Officer focusing on driving through change and delivering on strategic projects throughout the firm.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Shyam project managed a global finance function transformation roll out at Baker McKenzie and before that was UK CFO at Allen & Overy which included growing the Alternative Legal Service offerings.
Shyam is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from London Business School where he focused on Strategy, Globalisation and Corporate Turnarounds.
