Richard Moody joined Clyde & Co in 2014 to accelerate the construction practice, and alongside a growing team in London he focusses his practice on defending claims against major contractors and global consultants, engineers in particular. He also has a leading insurance coverage practice. Richard has advised on claims arising out of every conceivable type of structure and has fought and won dozens of major trials with an impeccable record. He is well known as an expert strategist and tough negotiator.
