Polly regularly advises a variety of insurers, policy holders, government departments, and brokers on policy coverage issues, indemnity and litigation tactics. She also provides specialised training and speaks at seminars.
Experience
Reported cases include Daglish v Forest Gardens (LTL 10/1/15), which set precedent for obtaining medical evidence in low value disease claims.
Assisted in the high-profile claim of Goldscheider v The Royal Opera House, which addressed Acoustic Shock based hearing loss and tinnitus.
Co-leading a quasi-GLO, which is expected to go to trial in 2026.
