Patrick McKenna is an associate who practises insurance defence and subrogation litigation, predominantly within the jurisdictions of Western Canada, specifically in Saskatchewan and Alberta. In fact, he appeared in front of almost every level of court, ranging from regional tribunals to the Small Claims Court, the Provincial Court, the Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal (SK).
With a practice focused on defending claims for clients against their insureds, Patrick works on common claims pertaining to personal, corporate and professional liability, among others. His clients always appreciate his honesty, thoroughness and legal analysis. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Patrick was employed at a medium-sized law firm in Saskatoon, with most legal areas covered, where he specialized in litigation.
Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys to actively support and participate in local and amateur sports and community radio stations.
