Naz Meydan is an associate practicing insurance and art law. She advises insurance market players on all legal and regulatory issues related to their activities in France and in Europe. Her practice focuses also on issues relating to international sanctions and AML- CFT regulations. Naz is a member of the Paris-based Fine Art & Specie team. She represents clients in litigations related to art law and cultural property.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Naz worked in an insurance company the legal department of an auction house and a contemporary art gallery.
Naz is admitted since 2023 to the Paris Bar and holds a Master I degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon - Sorbonne and a Master II degree in Insurance Law from the University of Paris Dauphine. She has a background in art history from Ecole du Louvre.
She is fluent in English, French and Turkish.
