Michelle McCullough is a partner who specialises in motor claims, credit hire, employers and public liability. 

Michelle handles claims for several major insurers, advising on complex policy indemnity issues and property damage claims. She also has experience in professional negligence claims, particularly surveyors’ and architects’ negligence.

Michelle regularly advocates on behalf of nurses at the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) regulatory hearings.

She is the Chair of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) in Northern Ireland. She is also a member of FOIL’s costs and protocols sector focus teams.
