Since 2002, Greg has specialised in Insurance and Risk Litigation across a broad range of claims from motor, EL, PL and more recently in claims of high value and catastrophic loss. He is an expert in claims involving foreign jurisdictions issues and is the Head of the Scottish Travel and Holiday Claims Team dealing with fatal and catastrophic injury accidents abroad and sickness claims resulting in life changing injury.
He also has a case load involving Marine and Aviation matters particularly involving transport of people but also for EL and PL as well as baggage and cargo matters.
In addition, he is the CRP for a number of corporate clients handling a wide range of insurance related litigation such as deaths in custody or care homes, injuries in hotels, shops, public spaces and healthcare organisations.
