Emily Marczak is a member of the general liability group. She has represented real estate owners, business owners, municipal entities, general contractors, construction managers, owners, and subcontractors. Previously, Emily worked in a general liability group for a regional defense firm.
While in law school, Emily interned at various firms and companies, gaining exposure to multiple areas of law including criminal law, intellectual property law, advertising law, and securities law.
