Constance Malleville is an associate in the Litigation and International Arbitration team of the Paris office. Her practice focuses on international arbitration, as well as cross-border litigation. She advices sovereign States, as well as private and State-owned entities.
Constance acts both in commercial and investment arbitration (including ICC, ICSID, PCA and ad hoc proceedings), across multiple jurisdictions (in particular Europe, Middle East and Africa). She specialises in the construction, energy, defence and high-tech sectors. She is also involved in peri-arbitral disputes concerning the setting aside and enforcement of awards in France and abroad.
Constance also advises clients before all civil and commercial courts, in France and abroad, particularly in connection with procedures for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Constance worked in several French and international law firms in Paris, in international arbitration, public international law, and civil and commercial litigation.
Constance is admitted to the Paris Bar since 2020. She holds an LLM from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Constance also completed a Master's in private international law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a Master's in English and North American business law from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Certificate of Legal Studies from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales in Paris (IHEI).
