Benigno Bolaños Morales is an Associate in the firm’s Mexico City office. Benigno focuses his legal practice on labour and employment law. He regularly assists national and foreign clients in connection with hiring employees for offshore and onshore projects, labour disputes, general procedures regarding working conditions, and health and safety matters. He has experience representing clients before labour authorities in Mexico, including advising on collective labour agreements and Amparo law.
Benigno received his law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Metropolitana in Mexico. In addition, he has a master’s degree in Health and Safety at work from The Secretariat of Labour and Social Welfare (STPS) and a master’s degree in Labour Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho. He also completed a course on Reforms to the Federal Labour Law at Centro Carbonell.
