Ashleigh is a senior associate in the Real Estate team. She trained at Clyde & Co and qualified in 2015.

Ashleigh advises on a wide range of transactional property matters, including the sale and purchase of high value office and industrial premises in London as well as regional markets, commercial lettings (acting for both landlords and tenants) and property management work. She also acts for a number of UK private banks on financing transactions secured over both established commercial and residential properties and development sites. Ashleigh also has experience acting for private sector schools and universities.

Experience

• Acting on the acquisition, management and disposal of multi let investment buildings in central London, including the disposal of The Royal Exchange.
• Negotiating high value commercial lettings (acting for both landlords and tenants) in iconic London office buildings, including The Walkie Talkie.
• Dealing with the day-to-day management of several industrial estates and out of town retail estates.
• Successfully agreeing a long lease of a large newly renovated building in London to form the client's new London university centre.
• Acting on a number of complex sale and leaseback transactions in the private schools sector.
• Experience in both commercial and residential acquisition and development finance including reporting and certification to lenders.
• Advising on the property elements of corporate acquisitions, including carrying out due diligence on several high value properties in the context of a $200million purchase of an insurance company.
• Acting for a leading construction company in relation to their office leases and short term site compound agreements.
