Anna has been with the firm since 2004 and is a Partner working in our London office, advising on diverse commercial disputes and litigation, and representing clients across a range of different business and industry sectors.

She has extensive experience of complex litigation in the London courts and in particular financial services litigation. She also has experience coordinating litigation and strategy in multi-jurisdictional matters.

She is recognised in recent editions of the Legal 500 as a "rising star", with clients commenting that she has "a phenomenal memory for detail" and "a unique talent and special ability to quickly get into a complex problem", is "a highly intelligent lawyer, who is both tenacious and personable", and "provides "extremely relevant and quick counselling", all whilst being "very pleasant even when she is put under great pressure".

Experience
  • Pursuing high value claims in the London Commercial Court against financial services institutions concerning interest rates derivatives products.
  • Assisting insurers in successfully defending a US$470 million energy construction claim in the Copenhagen courts.
  • Acting for a German financial institution in the London Commercial Court defending multi-billion dollar fraud claims relating to structured finance arrangements.
  • Defending assets attached by HM Revenue and Customs in confiscation and enforcement proceedings, ultimately succeeding in the Court of Appeal.
