Full Profile

Alex is an associate in the Property Litigation team at Clyde & Co. He has advised both commercial landlords and tenants of office and retail space in relation to a broad range of issues, including rent arrears recovery, dilapidations and lease renewals. Similarly, he has also assisted clients in relation to high-end, luxury residential apartments, for instances, resolving snagging and deposit disputes. Alex is also a part of the firm's cultural and ethnic diversity network and has helped organise events such as the annual Lunar New Year celebration and cultural awareness training.

  • Landlord and Tenant issues – Alex’s practice covers all aspects of leasehold disputes including arrears, dilapidations, service charge disputes, break options, forfeiture, applications for consent, quiet enjoyment and interference with rights and reservations.
