Constance Malleville is an associate in the Litigation and International Arbitration team of the Paris office.
She acts in both commercial and investment arbitration (including ICC, ICSID, PCA and ad hoc arbitration proceedings), as well as in setting aside and enforcement proceedings of arbitral awards before French courts.
Constance also regularly represents companies and individuals before civil and commercial courts, in France and abroad. She regularly advises clients on recognition and enforcement proceedings of foreign judgments.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Constance worked in several French and international law firms in Paris, in international arbitration, public international law, and civil and commercial litigation.
Constance holds a Master's in private international law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Certificate of Legal Studies from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales (IHEI). She also holds a Master's in English and North American business law from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and completed an LLM at the London School of Economics & Political Science.
