Thomas focuses on aviation litigation, acting for large commercial airliners in disputes ranging from damage to aircraft to loss of cargo. In addition Thomas acts as defence lawyer in general aviation accidents acting for the major insurers in the London market and has gained vast experience in aviation regulatory matters.

He also handles matters involving complex construction disputes, product liability and professional indemnity.

He has been involved in providing coverage advice and drafting contracts on behalf of aviation clients.

Thomas completed his Master's Degree in Air and Space law.
