Stephanie's areas of expertise covers criminal prosecutions of both individuals and companies subject to regulator investigations. 

Stephanie's work primarily focuses upon advising clients from the investigation stage after incidents occur, through to prosecution stage, relating to:

Corporate Manslaughter;
Gross Negligence Manslaughter;
Environmental;
Health and safety; 
Inquests; and
Road Traffic.

Stephanie is a member of the Chartered Institution of Waste Management and also the UK Environmental Law Association. She regularly presents to industry groups.

  • Representation of an individual for alleged breaches following a fire at a petroleum distribution company;
  • Representation of a construction company following a fatal silo explosion;
  • Representation of a national construction company following a corporate manslaughter investigation by the Police;
  • Representation of a global chemicals company for alleged breaches of environmental legislation;
  • Not guilty verdict at trial of an individual charged with waste permitting offences;
