As Legal Director of the Property and Liability Insurance team, Natasha has broad experience of advising on coverage and liability issues both in the context of defending claims, and pursuing subrogated recoveries.

Natasha regularly advises insurers on environmental liability coverage and liability issues, and defends businesses in relation to various environmental incidents including groundwater contamination with substances such as hydrocarbons and chemical fertilisers, oil pipeline leaks, and escapes of natural gas.

Natasha also has strong experience of product liability matters. She has worked on a range of product liability disputes concerning food, cosmetic products, industrial machinery and pet products. Recently, Natasha defended a company in a multi-party litigation concerning the supply of allegedly contaminated food products.
