Craig is a senior commercial and technology lawyer based in our London office and has a decade's experience acting for clients in a range of industries including financial services, retail, insurance and aviation.
His practice focusses on negotiating and drafting commercial contracts for complex outsourcing and services agreements, technology arrangements (including SaaS/cloud arrangements) and corporate transactions. He also advises clients on their general commercial contracts, data protection issues, consumer law and, in the context of commercial deals, non-contentious intellectual property and other regulatory (principally material outsourcing) issues.
During the course of his career, Craig has completed a number of client secondments including to a large investment bank, a retail bank, a central bank and a well-known retailer. He is also a member of the Society for Computers and Law.

Acting for a cloud-based platform provider in the financial services industry, drafting standard terms and conditions and advising on and negotiating a number of critical customer contracts.
Advising a large insurer on a number of commercial/tech/IP issues in the context of its acquisition of a UK tech company.
Acting for a large airline in relation to a number of its operational-critical commercial contracts.
Acting for a large retail group in respect of the outsourcing of their customer contact centre operations and a number of delivery/logistics contracts.
Acting for a central bank in relation to a range of technology and software contracts and the outsourcing of its IT function.
Acting for a well-known DIY group negotiating and advising on a large BPO outsourcing project for their trade credit function.
