- Served as counsel for insurer in matters before Illinois appellate court where the dismissal was affirmed based on contamination exclusion, microorganism exclusion, law or ordinance exclusion and lack of direct physical loss or damage.
- Served as counsel for insurer in connection with coverage litigation involving nature and extent of communicable disease coverage for Covid-19 related losses.
- Obtained voluntary dismissal of claim on behalf of builder’s risk insurer.
- Represented excess insurance carriers in extensive trial involving USD millions of dollars in coverage for long-tail asbestos claims which ultimately resulted in ruling in favor of insurers.
